A Munich real estate agency with 45 agents was using three separate tools: a generic CRM, a separate listing portal, and manual Excel-based pipeline tracking. Data lived in silos, agents spent too long on admin, and management had no clear pipeline visibility.

What We Delivered

A single integrated platform with two sides: an internal CRM for agents and a public-facing property listing website. The CRM covers lead management, property matching, viewing scheduling, offer tracking, and commission calculation. The public site is a fast, SEO-optimised listing portal with detailed property pages, map integration, and an enquiry system that routes leads directly into the CRM.
